Day twenty-five: You! You need a hand to hold

This is one of the cutest scenes from Doctor who, in my opinion. Plus, I just love David Tennant! And, you know, he's right, we need a hand to hold, and guess what! We have one, God! The sermon in chapel this morning was all about how God is there at all times, holding our hand through everything. Going off to college, going through tests, everyday life, God is there holding your hand every step of the way. It is such an awesome thing to think about. Someone is always there. When you are weak, He is not; When you are down, He is not; When you are in pain, He is not, and he is there to pick you back up again. Isn't that a great thing to know? I feel like some people forget that a lot and think that they are all alone when things go wrong; when tragedy strikes, but they aren't! No one is! Whether you know it or not; whether you see it or not, He is there. I just think that is a great feeling. What greater joy is there than knowing that God is right there, holding your hand through every step of life. Although, I wouldn't mind David Tennant holding my hand, too :).
God bless!

"Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls." 1 Peter 1:8-9
