Day Six: Run fast for your momma

Life is crazy. Thing happen that sure just make you realize that you need to have a sense of humor with some things. It does no good to be upset about something or overreact at something that is only going to last for a little while. There is so much more that is going to happen in your day. My reason for this one? This morning my sister and I were heading off to church off campus, but my car was in the parking structure. At the same time, there was a marathon run going on around campus, blocking the parking structure on all sides that we had exits. We were not allowed to leave the parking structure until 9 A.M., the same time that church started. We were annoyed, to say the least. Not to mention my mother was waiting for us at church. But, there was nothing we could do about it so we just waited it out and left for church as soon as we could. We got there at about 9:30 AM, just in time for the sermon. The important part, right? In the end, though, there was no reason to get overly upset about it because God knows what He is doing and whatever happens is all in His plan. Pray, by all means, pray. Even if you think that it is something minuscule, God does not think so.
So, have a little sense of humor in your life. Learn to take things with a grain of salt, because everything will work out. Even if you think that your whole world is crashing down, you are losing everything that you ever held dear to you, I am telling, God will work everything out in His time. God bless!

"Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer." Romans 12:12
