Day seventeen: skip to my Lou

It was not difficult to find the joy today. Although, the beginning was a little rough. We left campus in the pouring rain. I thought that would be the whole trip, which would be terrible, but about an hour in it cleared up and it was blue skies from then on to St. Louis.
St. Louis, quiet possibly my favorite place in the entire world :). Though the drive was a little long and tedious, it made it all worth it when we saw the arch popping up over the hill in the distance. Have you ever seen a more beautiful sight? And then we drive past Busch stadium, where the St. Louis cardinals play, and it was just great! Needless to say, The Lord provides. Oh, does he ever. It has been an overloaded, stressful week, but this trip is what has been keeping me going. And now, I'm here, and I get to spend some quality time with great old friends and family! Blessings to all of you!

"He provides food for those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever. He has shown his people the power of his works, in giving them the inheritance of the nations. The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy." Psalm 111:5-7
